We describe each item, its available options and its price on the relevant product page. Prices are shown in GBP. The total amount payable, including any delivery charge and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you place an order. Product images are illustrative; please read the product description for the exact model, contents and dimensions. We may correct an obvious listing error before accepting an order and will contact you if it affects your order.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order, we send an order acknowledgement to the email address you provide. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil the order. If we cannot fulfil an order for which you have paid, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item. Payment methods offered are shown at checkout.
