Returns and refunds

We accept returns for both unwanted and faulty products. This policy applies to orders delivered in the United Kingdom and does not affect your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return an unwanted item. You do not need to give a reason. Please return it within 14 calendar days after telling us you wish to cancel. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Please keep all parts, accessories and, where practical, the original packaging. We may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product reduces its value.

To start a return, email info@gliteringstars.com with your order number. We will give you the correct return address and instructions. Returns are made by post or courier; please do not send an item back without contacting us first. For an unwanted item, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a collection at no cost to you. We also cover the return cost for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Bulky items may need an arranged collection. Returns are free and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we will arrange and pay for an appropriate return or collection and provide the remedy required by UK consumer law. Your statutory rights continue beyond this 30-day change-of-mind policy.

Refunds

For a cancelled order, we refund the price paid and any standard outbound delivery charge paid. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back. We issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item or evidence of its return, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

If you cancel before dispatch, contact us promptly and we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. For exchanges, please arrange a return and place a new order; direct exchanges are not currently offered.
