Shipping and delivery

Glitering Stars delivers to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international delivery. We offer free standard UK delivery on products available for purchase; the delivery charge at checkout is £0.00.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–5 business days for products available for purchase. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The total estimated delivery time is the processing period plus transit time.

We will send an order confirmation and, where the delivery service provides it, a dispatch confirmation and tracking details. If an item cannot be dispatched within the stated period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your options. Please contact us if your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged.

Large items

Garden sheds and other bulky products may arrive in multiple cartons and may require an adult to receive the delivery. The product page should state any item-specific delivery restrictions. If we cannot fulfil a delivery to an address accepted at checkout, we will contact you and offer a full refund.
